Features
Extreme ease of use
With a front control panel designed to be intuitive and easy to use, even first time users are able to capture videos and still images. Little to no training required. The high resolution 3.5" built-in LCD provides great visibility and allows users to easily access and check the images being recorded during the operation or examination and after the event. (Not for Diagnosis)

Auto-sensing detects I/O & Video Resolution " automatically "
UR-4MD automatically detects the input video signal and displays it on a built-in LCD as soon as the cable from medical video instruments is connected. Also, UR-4MD automatically recognizes the input video resolution (640x480 to 1920x1200) and configures itself to be ready for recording. This adds convenience and improves workflow. It is never been so easy to capture Medical Imaging.
*It can also be manually set up and configured.

Wide range of recording resolutions
UR-4MD accepts a wide range of video and photo resolutions and supports up to 1920 x1200 (*). With that being said, it is compatible with more medical imaging devices available today. UR-4MD is able to capture any video signals between NTSC/ PAL and Full HD 1920 x 1080 without deforming the original image aspect and without degrading the crystal clear HD images. UR-4MD also supports WUXGA 1920x1200 and automatically resizes to 1728×1080 (video). No scan converter is needed.
Multifunction with Simple operation is the design concept behind UR-4MD to meet the real world requirements at medical sites.
640 x 480 ~ 1920 x 1080 (Undiluted recording solution), 1920 x 1200 (Resize to 1728 x 1080)

Advanced Fail-safe features(Disaster Recovery Capability)
- -Simultaneous recording to (2) USB drives and a built-in Hard Drive for redundant data backup
- There are (2) USB ports available on the front panel for the removable media, such as USB flash drive and USB hard drive. (2) USB drives can be used at the same time for recording. In addition, a built-in 500GB hard drive can be used for the redundant data back-up. You can reliably record on all 3 devices simultaneously.
- -S.M.A.R.T. monitors/ reports a built-in Hard Drive health
- A built-in hard drive features S.M.A.R.T. (Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology), and UR-4MD displays information about a built-in hard drive, such as how much shock & vibration applied, what errors occurred, etc. This allows the operator to check the condition of a built-in hard drive any time as needed.
- -Safe auto-shutdown in case of power interruption
- Auto-shutdown allows UR-4MD to safely save all data that was recorded when power is lost, due to power failure or an accidentally unplugged power cable during video recording. UR-4MD is designed for reliable recording and storing of medical images in the mission critical OR environment. For your piece of mind.
Sharing the files (the captured videos & still images) via Network
With the networking function, the recorded medical images stored in UR-4MD can be distributed and shared online for other viewers and users. The network functions available include FTP client, CIFS client and CIFS server which can allow the recorded images to be transferred from UR-4MD to PCs/ Servers as well as provide networked users with access to the images in UR-4MD. Also, the USB Mass Storage function implemented on UR-4MD allows the operator to transfer recorded images just by connecting the PC and UR-4MD with a USB cable.
